A UX Audit is the process in which we analyze the current usability of an app or website based on its current heuristics and prior user research (if any.) The goal of a UX Audit is to mitigate any outstanding usability issues to create a more tailored, user-friendly, and seamless experience.

We use a robust heuristic evaluation method to determine what’s currently working and what elements may need some tweaking. Our audit applies to:
Navigation: labels, the trade-off between page length and multiple page navigation, internal linking, search features, and information architecture
Presentation: page titles, colors, shading, typography, navigation features, effective content grouping
